Shipping & Refund Policy

At SME Hair Co. , all sales are final.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and hair products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after submission.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on product availability, order volume, and holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available in Miami, Florida for eligible orders, including select in-stock and on-hand items.

Customers who choose local pickup will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before arriving to collect your order.

Valid identification and order confirmation may be required at the time of pickup.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

● You received an incorrect item due to an error on our part.

● Your order arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged prior to shipment.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

If a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

● Opened or used hair extensions

● Products that have been worn, washed, colored, altered, or tampered with

● Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

● Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing

● International customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges assessed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are non-refundable and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
